6 team cup competition, each team shall play each other once only over 5 weeks, with the top 2 teams from the group playing in the final, 3rd and 4th place will play against each other, also 5th and 6th place will play against each other. All matches are in 40 minute blocks, group matches are played on a league format of 2 points for a win, any game drawn will result in a penalty shoot out (3 penalties each).
